Dr. Cecilia L. Butler is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (FL), Qualified Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (FL) and a Counselor Educator.  She has worked in a variety of settings as a practitioner that includes but is not limited to corrections, behavioral health, addictions, and school-based (K-12) services.  She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults. In addition to being a practitioner, Dr. Butler is also a Counselor Educator teaching and supervising as an Full-Time Core Faculty in a Masters-level CACREP-Accredited Clinical Mental Health Counseling program.  She also has experience teaching within Addictions Studies as well.  She has conducted a number of professional presentations at the local, state and national levels; and a keynote address. Dr. Butler is also a recent Past President of the Florida Counseling Association (FCA) and Treasurer of the American Rehabilitation Counseling Association (ARCA).
